OVERVIEW & ACCEPTANCE
Welcome to STR Launch and our website at https://STRLaunch.ca. These Terms and Conditions (“Terms”) are a legal agreement between you and STR Launch (“we,” “our,” or “us”).
By using our website, purchasing our services, or selecting “I Agree,” you confirm that you have read, understood, and agreed to these Terms. If you do not accept all Terms, do not use our website or services.
These Terms govern your access to the STR Launch platform and any content, products, software, or educational materials provided (collectively, the “Program”).
- ELIGIBILITY & ACCEPTABLE USE
To use the Program, you must be at least 18 years of age (or the age of majority in your jurisdiction) and capable of forming a legally binding contract.
You agree to:
- Use the Program only for lawful purposes
- Not reproduce, resell, or exploit any aspect of the Program without written permission
- Not misrepresent your relationship with STR Launch or misuse our branding
STR Launch may suspend or terminate your access for violations of these Terms or conduct that damages our reputation or breaches applicable Canadian laws.
- LICENSE GRANT & USE LIMITATIONS
We grant you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to access and use the Program for your own business purposes. You may not:
- Copy, reproduce, or modify our content or tools
- Share your login or allow unauthorized users access
- Reverse-engineer our software or platforms
- Use the Program to harm or interfere with others’ systems
All intellectual property remains the sole property of STR Launch and its licensors and is protected under copyright and trademark laws in Canada and internationally.
- PRIVACY & DATA HANDLING
Your use of the Program is subject to our Privacy Policy, which explains how we collect, use, and safeguard your personal information in compliance with Canada’s PIPEDA (Personal Information Protection and Electronic Documents Act).
By submitting your information, you consent to its use for account management, customer service, service delivery, and lawful purposes.
- ACCOUNT MANAGEMENT
If you create an account, you are responsible for:
- Maintaining the confidentiality of your credentials
- All activity under your account
We may suspend or close your account if it is shared or used to manage third-party stores without authorization.

- ORDERS & SERVICE TERMS
Orders are not finalized until full payment is received and confirmed. We reserve the right to:
- Cancel or refuse orders
- Request additional verification
- Substitute or refund unavailable services
All purchases are subject to the Terms posted at the time of your order.
- PAYMENT TERMS
You agree to pay all applicable fees related to your selected package or subscription. For payment plans, you authorize recurring charges to your payment method.
If your payment fails:
- Your access may be paused
- You remain responsible for the full balance
- We may use third-party collection services if necessary
Unless stated in writing, payments are non-refundable.
- SUBSCRIPTIONS & RENEWALS
Subscriptions renew automatically unless canceled at least 10 days before the next billing cycle by emailing contact@STRLaunch.ca.
We may update our prices with prior notice. Continued use after changes implies acceptance.
- SERVICE AVAILABILITY & ACCURACY
We aim for accuracy but cannot guarantee all content or pricing is error-free. We reserve the right to:
- Correct errors
- Cancel orders
- Adjust information at any time without notice
- RESULTS DISCLAIMER
STR Launch provides tools and education. We do not guarantee specific earnings or results. Performance depends on factors like effort, capital, market conditions, and compliance.
Testimonials are individual experiences and do not represent typical or guaranteed outcomes. This aligns with Canada’s Competition Act, which prohibits misleading advertising.
- TESTIMONIALS & FEEDBACK USAGE
By submitting a testimonial, you grant us a non-exclusive, royalty-free right to use it (with your name, likeness, or business) in marketing or educational material. You may withdraw consent by contacting us in writing.
- WARRANTIES DISCLAIMER
THE PROGRAM IS PROVIDED “AS IS” WITHOUT WARRANTIES OR GUARANTEES OF ANY KIND.
To the maximum extent permitted by Canadian law, we disclaim:
- Any implied warranties (e.g., merchantability, fitness for purpose)
- Any liability for service interruptions or errors
- LIMITATION OF LIABILITY
To the fullest extent permitted by law:
- STR Launch is not liable for indirect damages including lost revenue, data, or opportunities
- Our total liability is limited to the greater of CAD $2,000 or the amount you paid in the past 12 months
- DISPUTE RESOLUTION (CANADA)
Disputes will be resolved by binding arbitration, unless prohibited by law. Arbitration will occur in your province of residence under Canadian Arbitration Association rules.
Class action waivers apply where allowed. Otherwise, disputes shall be handled individually in the relevant provincial court.
- INDEMNITY
You agree to indemnify and hold harmless STR Launch, its team, and affiliates from any claims, losses, or legal fees arising from your use of the Program or breach of these Terms.
- COPYRIGHT INFRINGEMENT (NOTICE & TAKEDOWN)
If you believe your copyright has been infringed on our platform, send a notice to contact@STRLaunch.ca with:
- Your full name and contact
- The copyrighted work and its location
- A statement of good faith belief and legal authority
- THIRD-PARTY LINKS
We may link to third-party websites or tools. We are not responsible for their content, policies, or security. Use them at your own risk.
- TERMINATION
We may suspend or terminate your access to the Program at any time if you:
- Violate these Terms
- Misuse our platform
- Engage in fraudulent, abusive, or harmful behavior
Termination does not affect accrued rights or obligations.
- GOVERNING LAW
These Terms are governed by the laws of the Province of Ontario and the applicable laws of Canada, without regard to conflict of law principles.
- FORCE MAJEURE
We are not liable for any delay or failure resulting from events beyond our reasonable control, such as natural disasters, internet outages, or government actions.
ASSIGNMENT
You may not assign or transfer these Terms without our written consent. We may assign or transfer our rights and obligations at any time.
- ELECTRONIC SIGNATURE
You agree that your electronic acceptance of these Terms has the same legal force as a handwritten signature. All communications may be provided electronically.
- UPDATES TO THESE TERMS
We may update these Terms from time to time. If we make material changes, we’ll notify you. Continued use of the Program means you accept the revised Terms.
23. JURISDICTION & CLIENT ELIGIBILITY
STR Launch exclusively provides services to clients located in Canada. We do not accept or onboard clients based in the United States or any other country. This policy is in place to comply with the U.S. Federal Trade Commission’s (FTC) Business Opportunity Rule and related regulatory frameworks, which apply specifically to U.S.-based consumers. While we uphold similar standards of transparency, disclosure, and consumer protection, our service structure is designed for the Canadian market and governed by Canadian laws.
If you are located outside of Canada and attempt to purchase or engage our services, your order will be canceled, and your payment will be fully refunded. No services will be delivered. We reserve the right to request proof of Canadian residency to verify eligibility and protect all parties involved.
By using this website and purchasing our services, you acknowledge and agree that STR Launch only works with Canadian residents and that any attempt to bypass this policy will result in immediate termination of service access without exception.
