Refunds & Cancellations

At STR Launch, we are committed to providing high-quality consulting and management services to help you succeed with your short-term rental business. However, we understand that sometimes a cancellation may be necessary. This policy explains your rights regarding refunds and how to request one.


3-Business-Day Refund Window

You have the right to cancel your enrollment or service agreement and request a full refund within three (3) business days of your original purchase date.

To request a refund, please email us at contact@strlaunch.ca with the following details:

  • Your full name

     

  • Date of purchase

     

  • Proof of payment (e.g., receipt or transaction confirmation)

     

Important: Refund requests must be submitted within the 3-business-day period. Requests received after this window will not be eligible for a refund.

If you are a consumer residing in Ontario or British Columbia, you may have additional rights under provincial consumer protection laws, including a potential 15-calendar-day cooling-off period for certain purchases made online. Processing Time & Method

Approved refunds will be processed back to the original payment method used at purchase. Please allow 7 to 10 business days for the refund to appear in your account, depending on your bank or payment provider.
